Dark Grey Custom Built Sectional (Carlsbad)
This piece was designed in a classic Pottery Barn style and is incredibly sturdy and structurally sound. If you are looking for a couch that is actually comfortable and firm (not saggy!), this is the one. **Details:** Style Pottery Barn inspired / Custom Built Color: Dark Grey Condition: Good to Fair. The frame and cushions are very sturdy and have held their shape well. Some stains Comfort: firm. **Condition Notes (Please Read):** We are a pet-friendly home (dog and cat). Because of this, there are areas of wear and tear: * There is a rip under the chaise cushion (not visible when the cushion is in place—see photos). * There are some small punctures from animals on the chaise area. * The chaise shows some visible wear where our small Havanese dog liked to sleep. This couch still has tons of life left and would be perfect for a family room, basement, or another pet-friendly household! **Terms:** **Absolutely no holds.** Pickup:** Must be able to pick up and haul.
