240l Tank, Stand and Equipment (Langlee TD1)
Looking for a new home for ~240l tank before it heads to the dump. It's final occupant, a polka-dot loach, finally passed away (after 14 years) about a week ago - having had the whole tank to itself for several years. I plan on emptying and dissembling this weekend but posting this now in case anyone is interested in trying to keep the filters cycled, plants alive etc. The tank itself is approximately 122cm (l) x 46cm (w) and 48cm (h) with the stand and lid the whole unit is 128cm (l) x 52cm(w) and 120cm (h). I've had the tank for 20 years and it wasn't new when I got it, so bare that in mind. The lid is slightly warped due to condensation after the cover glass wasn't properly closed for a period of time. The equipment all works but is old and a lot of it has had various DIY fixes over the years to keep it plodding on. I think there pictures are fairly self explanatory, there is an external (Eheim 2217) and internal filter (Fluval U4), 300W heater and lights. Might be various other bits and pieces, extra filter media etc. Happy for the tank and stand to go without the equipment, but not the other way around, so you'll need a decent sized car or van, also note that we live up quite a rough a country track (just so there are no surprises).
