Full-size adult freestanding punchbag (Pontfaen LL14)
This is a very solid punchbag suitable for hard training with boxing gloves. It has lots of wear and scuffing, because it's been solidly punched! It comes in 2 pieces for easy transport - the base just needs filling with water, sand or gravel to stop it moving. Collection from Pontfaen, just outside Chirk.

I've got a couple of these that I don't need any more. They're about 35cm wide, 20cm deep and 46cm tall, so theyre perfect for overnight stays or short trips. They've been well-used, so are a little scuffed, but they're still solid and functional. Collection from just outside Chirk. Thanks!
