OFFER: Complete mixed contents of a 5×10 storage unit as one lot — Brooklyn Navy Yard PSNY, a nonprofit, is gifting the complete released contents of a first-floor 5×10 storage unit at iStoreGreen, 12 Hall Street, Brooklyn. The entire floor footprint is occupied, with material piled approximately halfway to two-thirds of the unit height. Almost everything is unsorted and contained in contractor bags. It includes a mixture of fabric, shirts, art/craft supplies, electronics, musical equipment, shelving, merchandise, event/festival supplies, books, cardboard, deposit bottles, plastic wrapping and other mixed materials. This is one indivisible, as-is gift. It is not available item by item. We will not open bags, create an inventory, test equipment or permit onsite browsing or rummaging. PSNY has reviewed and cleared the complete contents for release, but condition and functionality are unknown. The recipient must collect the lot as offered and sort it offsite. Keeping, sharing, donating or reselling usable material is fine, subject to group rules. Anything the recipient later decides not to keep must be handled legally and responsibly. Important: some bags contain glass. Do not throw, drop, kick, drag, crush or compact bags. Pickup by confirmed appointment Monday July 20 or Tuesday July 21, with at least two hours’ notice and completion by 5:30 p.m. First-floor access; no elevator needed. Carts/bins, loading dock, ramps and parking are available. No facility dumpsters may be used, and nothing may be left outside the unit. A large cargo van or small box truck is recommended. Please message with your name, vehicle, crew size, proposed arrival time and confirmation that you can collect the entire lot without opening or sorting bags onsite.
