2-Seater Sofa (Old Windsor - SL4)
Super-comfy 2 (two) person sofa. Quality item, made in the UK by MultiYork. Normal signs of wear. Mostly used by a single person (not family) so the "springiness" is excellent. Usable as is (no spillages) but would ideally be given new covers or a throw / sheet. Sofa has a few marks but no tears and all covers are removable for dry cleaning. Sofa meets Fire Safety Regulations 1988, i.e. it has a schedule 3 interliner. Good quality, comfortable sofa which, with love and care can be a useful addition to a new home. Always situated in a non-smoking household. Soon-to-start building work means it needs a new home. Photos show the sofa in my garden - for dusting & hoovering. Dimensions: 178cm long / 80cm tall / 100cm deep
