Donations to our PTA appreciated (Leybourne ME20) I'm posting as the Chair of Valley Invicta Primary School PTA. We're currently organising our Christmas Fair. We're hoping to make this year's fair a really special occasion for our children, families and wider school community. As a small PTA, we rely on the generosity of our local community to help us make these events possible and raise valuable funds for the school. We would be incredibly grateful if you would consider supporting us through a donation of products or supplies. We're currently looking for donations to support a variety of festive stalls and activities, including: ☕ Christmas café Hot chocolate, tea and coffee Sugar, cream, marshmallows and coffee syrups Mince pies Disposable takeaway hot drink cups 🎁 Elfridges Store A little Christmas shop where children can choose presents for their grown-ups! Christmas-themed mugs and cups Christmas decorations and ornaments Fluffy socks and Christmas socks Keyrings and trolley tokens Other small, giftable Christmas items 🎅 Santa's grotto Children's books suitable for ages 4–12 🎁 Lucky dip & games stalls Fidget toys and small trinket toys Squishy toys for our ring toss and Pin the Nose on Rudolph games Vegetarian and vegan sweets for our Hook a Duck and Snowball Throw stalls 🦌 Reindeer food making Rolled oats Bird seed Edible sprinkles 🎄 Christmas craft stall Colouring pens Paint pens for decorating Christmas baubles We appreciate this is quite an extensive list, but please don't feel you need to provide everything! Even a small contribution or a few donated items would make a real difference. Valley Invicta PTA is a registered charity (charity number: 5229798), and all donations will go directly towards supporting our school and providing opportunities and resources for our children.
