Mid grey fabric armchair (cuddlechair) (Hove Station area BN3)
This is a generous, oversized mid-grey fabric armchair (cuddle chair style) with classic rolled arms and light wood feet. Structurally it is in great shape, but please note it has been well loved and has noticeable cat scratch fraying on the front of the left armrest along with some spill stains. It comes from a smoke-free home and with a bit of cleaning up from someone with the products could be a lovely arm chair again!

Jacquard print roll arm 2 seater sofa (Hove Station area BN3)
A dusty blue/green and oatmeal colour way with a roll arm design and Jacquard woven detailing. A really comfortable sofa, it has just got a few stains mostly from spills of drinks - nothing I'm sure that can't be cleaned off I just don't have the means to deal with that. Would be a great project to clean it up and use or sell on :)
