📺 smart tv & exercise pedal needed – help for an 86-year-ol (Clerkenwell WC1X)
I am kindly looking for someone who may be able to donate a used Smart TV, exercise pedal, or other suitable exercise equipment for older people, all in good working condition, to an 86-year-old lady I care for. She has significant mobility difficulties and is gradually losing her ability to walk. She needs to keep moving and doing gentle, age-appropriate exercises to help maintain her strength, mobility and independence. 📺 A Smart TV would allow her to watch gentle exercise videos for older people on YouTube and exercise safely at home. 🚴♀️ An exercise pedal/mini pedal exerciser would be particularly helpful, as she could use it while seated to keep her legs moving. 🏋️♀️ Any other safe exercise equipment suitable for elderly people would also be greatly appreciated. Her family unfortunately does not have the financial means to purchase these items. This may seem like a small donation, but it could make a huge difference to her quality of life. Without regular movement and exercise, there is a concern that she may become increasingly weak and eventually become bedbound. ❤️ If you have any of these items that you no longer use and would be willing to donate, please contact me.
