Metal stepladder (Emlyn Gardens W4)
Old metal step ladder, still functional but definitely showing its age. 5 ft 9 tall. It's got plenty of paint splatters and wear, as you'd expect from a well-used ladder. Could be a good project for restoration or used as is for light tasks. Folds up for easier storage, a bit wobbly but holds weight. Must be collected by 21st August 2026.

Old metal filing unit with two drawers, perfect for a vintage industrial look. Has a lovely aged patina and some surface rust, adding to its character. Drawers open and close, great for storage or as a unique piece of furniture. Could do with a clean but fully functional and solid. Must be collected by 21st August 2026.
