Fully functional 3-seater pull out sofa bed with washable fabric covers and fire label from smoke free and pet free home. In good general condition except the back doesn't quite meet so place against a wall.

Sizeable bag of mixed fabrics and much smaller pieces in various stages which could be made into patchwork. I have lost interest in doing this.

As shown. My children did karate years ago and these are no longer required. I wonder if there are any karate kids out there who might like. Randomly they could decorate a room for a martial art themed party.
