Small Cupboards / Wardrobes (Sevenoaks TN13)
There are 2 of these available. About the height of a 10 year old. Good for playing hide and seek when empty :-). Contains a main section for hanging / storage and then a further 5 drawers next to it. There are some stamp marks / stickers which will probably be easily wiped off. Aside from that I would consider these in good condition

Barbie house (Sevenoaks TN13)
Cost a lot of money when it was bought a few years ago and hardly used so would consider this to be in excellent condition. Product is as is on the picture (my daughter may keep a couple of the Barbies for herself but everything else can go). Will need dismantling and a container / bag to put everything in.
