I'll take your old room (TW3) I am helping a friend with their apartment. They needs a double bed, wardrobe, sofa or sofabed, dining table with chairs, frames, cushion, display items etc and anything they can use to furnish the bedroom and living room. Items need to be clean, modern and from a smoke-free house - minor wear and tear is fine but item should not be broken or obviously damaged as this is their first home. Thanks
