Free 3-seater cream/beige fabric sofa available for collection in Esher (KT10). We are getting a replacement, so this needs to be collected as soon as possible!h. Details & Condition: ⚪️ Dimensions: Approx. 220 cm (L) x 91 cm (D) x 58 cm (arm height). ⚪️ Frame & Structure: Solid frame and plump seat cushions in great structural condition with no sagging. ⚪️ Cleanliness: Kept under a protective sofa cover, so it is clean, fresh, and odor-free. ⚪️ Cushions: All seat and back cushion covers feature intact, working zips and can be easily unzipped and machine washed. ⚪️ Imperfections: Has a light mark/stain on the right-hand armrest from normal handling, which can be spot-cleaned or covered with a throw. No tears, snags, or broken zips. Collection Requirements: ⚪️ Location: Ground floor collection in Esher (KT10). ⚪️ Transport: You will need a large van or suitable transport vehicle to fit a 220 cm length frame, along with two people to lift it. ⚪️ Priority: Priority will be given to whoever can commit to the earliest collection date.
