Flavio 3-seater microfibre cream sofa and matching armchair (Basildon SS14) Great condition. Doesn't have significant signs of wear or sagging. No rips or tears. The material is hard wearing and forgiving. First photos are from my home, the sofa and armchair are currently in a storage unit whilst I move house. Reason for selling is I can't fit these two pieces in my new home. There are some slight dirt marks on the rear of the pieces since moving them into the storage unit but the piece can be easily cleaned with a hand vac or other method. It's in very good condition!
