foam wreath circles, pool noodles, Willow (Kingsway BA2)
I am looking for ideally foam or oasis wreath circles or even swimming pool noodles or willow / hazel which i can shape into circle shapes. These will be turned into rag wreaths to sell to raise money for The Life Project, made by adults with special needs to sustain projects.

Willow or Hazel to create circle bases for making wreaths .. (Kingsway BA2)
I would love some help to source some willow or Hazel to shape into circular wreath bases. Or even better ready made foam or oasis wreath bases. These will be turned into christmas rag wreaths by adults with special needs to sell to raise money for The Life Project.
