Outdoor fountain for garden (S Lakeridge Drive off Rainier)
Moving soon from an apartment to a basement apartment with a yard. I want a water feature since I will no longer be looking at the Salish Sea (Puget Sound).

Hot tub (S Lakeridge Drive off Rainier)
Gray not marbled but otherwise like this: It comes with box and everything. Has no punctures (holds water). The issue is the heating element is not working, probably the connection between the heater and the hot tub isn’t good. It might be fixed by a truly flat surface (ours was a bit uneven). The estimate for getting it fixed was $199 which is way less than the tub.
