2 seater sofa electric recliner (South Croydon/Sanderstead) Overall the sofa is in excellent condition - only a few years old. Everything works perfectly including charge ports in the arms. However there is a rip in the fabric on the underside of the left footrest - see last photo. This doesnt impact the use of the sofa at all but could do with being fixed. Only looking to remove as I needed a larger one as the kids grow! Happy to answer any questions
