Sofa Bed (King's Lynn PE30) Used sofa bed from smoke free pet free home. Measures 163cm length, 90cm deep and 64cm height. Pull out bed is 100cm x 170cm. Previous tenant left it with coffee strain below the fabric. I reckon with stain remover it will be cleaned. Overall needs a good cleaning. Outer fabric is in good condition. Otherwise structure and foam/cushions are all in great shape. Free if you can collect. Will help load up at the parking lot
