single-wide (Ault Colorado)
OFFER: Free 1969 single-wide mobile home, 12x44, on blocks in Ault, CO. You haul it, whole only — no parting out on site. As-is, contents included (interior NOT empty). Ceiling stains (old stains — the roof does not leak), some siding stripped. Running gear warning: tandem axles and wheels are under it, but tires are flat and aged and one brake drum/hub is cracked through, so it cannot be rolled as-is. You need a toter/flatbed or a hub replacement first. Electric and water disconnected; sewer being finalized; gas: haul happens only after the gas company confirms the meter is cleared. Taker handles transport and permits and leaves the lot clean (blocks, piers, skirting, steps, debris). Contact: call or text 970-559-1975. Exact address to serious takers only.
