NordicTrack E9ZL elliptical cross-trainer (Ottery St Mary EX11) This machine was bought for myself and daughter, but we never really used it at all. It has suffered cosmetically in that the paintwork is not in good condition and needs rubbing down & re-spraying. Otherwise the machine seems to work fine. Comes with original power adapter, user manuals and Allen keys; plus the Polar T34 heart rate monitor but no strap for this. The T34 and strap can be replaced at £30. This is a very heavy item - you'll need a van to transport it. it's FREE if you want it! The NordicTrack E9 ZL is a rear-drive cross trainer featuring a balanced 22 kg flywheel and silent magnetic resistance. Key Specifications & Features • Flywheel & Inertia: 22 kg weighted flywheel yielding high crank inertia for a smooth ride. • Resistance: 25 levels of quick digital resistance. • Workouts: Includes smart, heart rate, and watts-based programs (around 12 to 23+ pre-set programs depending on the specific software/release version). • Ergonomics & Design: Rear-drive design with large, cushioned footplates
