2 artificial plants/trees (Chesapeake Beach, MD)
These are both about 3-4 feet tall. One is an olive tree & the other I’m not sure about. Each of them have a concrete bottom and fit nicely into pot of your choice. These were used for staging and RN excellent condition. They are not sitting along my white fence please pick up @ 6437 Randle Ave CB

This side chair was only used once or twice retails for $135 or more it converts from a highchair down to a little chair so it’s good for all ages and stages. It’s now sitting along my white fence at 6437 Randle Ave first come. It might a bit dirty & wet from sitting there.

Full size trampoline & can be used for two adults or kids. At 7223 Stafford Rd Alexandria at the rear of the house . You must be able to dismantle or whatever you need to get into your vehicle. It’s dusty from being close to the patio work so I don’t need to be hosed down or something.

Treadmill folds up but is a full size quality unit. It works just fine but we have to get it out. I would suggest bringing Alan wrenches with you to pick it up. It’s easier to remove the top portion to move it & you will need large Allen wrench please see the photo. Treadmill is located on the ground floor in the back of the home right near the door.
