This side chair was only used once or twice retails for $135 or more it converts from a highchair down to a little chair so it’s good for all ages and stages. It’s now sitting along my white fence at 6437 Randle Ave first come. It might a bit dirty & wet from sitting there.

Treadmill folds up but is a full size quality unit. It works just fine but we have to get it out. I would suggest bringing Alan wrenches with you to pick it up. It’s easier to remove the top portion to move it & you will need large Allen wrench please see the photo. Treadmill is located on the ground floor in the back of the home right near the door.
