Free: 12" Ceramic Coated Frying Pan (Mooney's Bay) Gifted • President's Choice brand; • Scratch-resistant, non-stick finish (PFOA-free enameled aluminum, I believe); • Still in fairly good condition and only minor surface scratches after years of use, but seems to be losing its non-stick properties; • Good at low to medium heat. Best to avoid high heat and foods that tend to stick (like eggs). Request: Bales of Hay / Straw (Stackable) (Mooney's Bay) Expired • Hoping to help temporarily divert a few Halloween/seasonal yard displays from the green waste collection stream, if possible; • Would like to protect a young tree sapling from the strong forces of my snow blower this winter with a physical barrier of straw bales; • Could probably use 5 to 10 of the consumer-sized bales that one sometimes sees at big box stores, if anyone has any available for re-use; • Their condition is not too important. Free: Rotating Storage Tower to Repurpose (Mooney's Bay) Gifted • Wood is in fairly good condition, but dowel joints started separating (apparently, not enough glue); • Can either be simply re-assembled/repaired, or perhaps re-purposed in some kind of creative way; • As a rotating CD storage tower, it efficiently stores up to 144 compact disks ("CDs"); • Why not create a unique toilet paper roll storage tower, for example? (Our bathroom would be too small); • The plastic ridges can be very easily peeled off, if desired; • Already fully disassembled and carefully wrapped to protect the wood, and for efficient storage until it finds a new home;
