Outwell Bear Lake 6 tent with side extension. Good condition - No Leaks! Comes with footprint, zip in groundsheet, carpet, bedroom compartments, all required pegs and guy ropes. Bought secondhand. One section of pole is bent, but we’ve used it without issue on the front awning. We haven’t actually used the side extension so are assuming it’s in as good condition as the rest of the tent.
