This is brand new from Amazon. We bought it about a month ago. We took it out of the box, and realized it wasn't quite what we wanted. We haggled to exchange, without success It needs assembly. All hardware and instructions are there. I'm somewhat handy, and I would set aside an hour and a half or so to put it together. I just want someone to understand it's not all assembled, and would require a bit of time. Just check out the Amazon reviews for any feedback on that. But that's why I included the unassembled picture also. I've attached Amazon pictures, ours is the brown one. But the other (blackish cabinet) picture is the exact same model just a different color. It is ONE cabinet that is available
