This is brand new from Amazon. We bought it about a month ago. We took it out of the box, and realized it wasn't quite what we wanted. We haggled to exchange, without success It needs assembly. All hardware and instructions are there. I'm somewhat handy, and I would set aside an hour and a half or so to put it together. I just want someone to understand it's not all assembled, and would require a bit of time. Just check out the Amazon reviews for any feedback on that. But that's why I included the unassembled picture also. I've attached Amazon pictures, ours is the brown one. But the other (blackish cabinet) picture is the exact same model just a different color. It is ONE cabinet that is available

Really good condition, lightly used It's just a bit noisy for the small room we needed it for. Not a deficiency of this unit, just the nature of these portable units of any brand. We're going with a mini split. Much quieter, the noisy piece is outdoors It has the remote, and the hoses. I think these run around 300 or 400 new, I've included the model number if you want to check it on Amazon. Never in a basement, just lightly used in a second story office. It was bought new ~2 years ago. First come first served.
