Tongue and groove boards - 12mm thickness - about 115 mm width 2. Shiplap boards - 12mm thickness and 120mm width (they interlock in a similar way to tongue and groove) 3. Neff gas hob: 58 by 51cm Double sink with mixer tap- 96 by 50ish cm Extractor fan hood - (makes a "f#*cking noise" apparently! But might be fixable? ) Cupboard doors and shelves etc if you happen to need them?!
