Free: Balloons for 16, 19, 61 or 91 years (Cambrian area, San Jose) Bought this for a sweet 16 birthday celebration. Seems a waste to toss it. There's a "1" and a "6" (or "9" if turned upside down). They are around 20" inches tall. Also have some smaller colored balloons. If there's a birthday celebration coming up soon, hope you can use them.
