Free: 100+ YO Redwood lap siding (Alameda West End) This came off 2 gable end-walls (about 18' at base). I think this would be excellent project wood or maybe a great "barnwood" type of look. I don't know if there is enough to side anthing very large. I think it is original to house (c. 1912). You can still see saw marks in the wood. I retained the old siding on the very front/back of my house because it is just so cool. It is painted with heaps of peeling old white paint and some caulking. Some green paint underneath, I think. Some nails remain too, I suspect, but not horrifically so. For the right person with the right skills and resources (a planer maybe?) and right project, this could be an absolute gold mine...all for free! MUST TAKE ALL. Advise that person picking this up have a pickup or large van, or a roof rack with skills to tie it up properly. Some of these pieces are pretty long (set. 12+ feet) while others are very short (as I said, this formed a gable wall).

Free: Roof Gutter, Downspout, Edging (Alameda West End) - 7 Pieces - 2 3/4” x 1 3/4” x 10’ aluminum painted downspouts with strap brackets (15) - Unused but needs serious cleanup. - 2 Pieces - 2” x 3” downspouts. 1 = 15 feet straight, 1 = 6 feet + riveted offset (1 more foot) - Old and painted a few times but functional/straight. - 2 sections of seamless gutter. * One used ~17 feet - back flange collapsed and drain hole cut about 7 feet from left end * One unused ~15 long, no holes, flange in-tact, mostly straight - 9 pieces drip edge (?), white painted but needs cleaning. "L-shape" = 2” x 2”, 10 feet length - 4 Miscellaneous roof edging/pieces MUST TAKE ALL. Note that this giveaway REQUIRES a pickup truck or van with roof rack at minimum to haul away. I will not give this to someone unsafely hauling this in a hatchback.

Free: Miscellaneous assorted metal/pipe (Alameda West End) 1) 4’ section 1” thick wall galvanized pipe 2) device of unknown purpose- maybe a battering-ram or a flagpole? 3” (?) pipe in 2 sections connected by threaded collar then reduced to maybe 1 1/2”(?) pipe. Has 2 eyes welded on and remnants of a rope strung between them about 9’ overall length 3) iron construction stake (18” or so) 4) very old downspout thin galvanized (?) about 6 feet - remnants of white paint

Free: 14 concrete piers (Alameda West End) 7" tall 10.75" square at base 8.25" square at top of concrete - All are in great structural condition. Held up my old deck for 25+ years. - Ready to report for duty on your project!

Free: Black Metal Yard Sign (Alameda West End) Overall height: 46" Above ground: 37" Width: 24.5" Signboard: 24" x 18" Signboard has a business name on it (left it behind). Can discard repaint for your own sign. Express yourself! There is plenty to say!

Free: 2 sections of Metal wire grate (Alameda West End) They don't match: one is about 28.5" x 46", other is 35.5" x 47". Perfect for keeping the dog out of a narrow space, protecting a back window or ???

Free: Beautiful Aluminum Chaise Loungers (Alameda West End) 2 Aluminum chaise lounges- stacking black anodized aluminum adjustable-back (also shown stacked). They need new webbing and clean-up, but since they are aluminum, cannot rust. As far as I can tell, the frames are completely straight and sound (no bends or breaks). Very high quality chaises that need some love to be ready just in-time for relaxing in the great Bay Area Spring and Summer!

Free: New Religious (Mary) battery candle (Alameda West End) Gifted Perfect for a gift. It’s a candle with Mother Mary printer on it and has battery operated flame. Brand new. I did not want to unwrap the nicely packaged candle so I have included a pic of mine which has the Divine Mercy on it. The one I am giving away has Mother Mary instead of Divine Mercy.
