2 sets of Swedish lenses (read no cushions) and one set of Speedo animal lenses. And two bungee straps, both new. You'll need to redo the nose piece to fit you on the Swedish ones. For the Speedo animal pair I had trouble locating a universal nose piece and my homemade solutions didn't work.
