See photo. This is a small metal rack designed to hook onto the front handlebars of a bike. It allows you to perch a small bag on it, and secure the bag with a bungee or cord. It is approx 25 cm high x 15 cm wide. So fairly small. But quite universal, likely to fit most bikes
