Cleaning the basement and found these four decanters wrapped in newspaper that's 25 years old, so these are older than that. Probably not valuable, but if you want one you have to take all four. Looking to move them quickly.

Two matching, very sturdy arms chairs, purchased for a big man. They are burgundy leather with hammered nailhead trim but now have these slip covers because the leather is badly scratched. If looking for chairs for a teen basement hangout, these are perfect, just change the covers to match your decor. The chairs measure 36" wide, 40" deep. Located on first floor, then down four steps out the front door.

"Golden" brand power lift chair, brown, gently used and in 100% working order. Goes to zero gravity flat to relieve back aches, have feet higher than heart if needed or to sleep flat like a twin bed. Also will lift occupant to near standing position. It is heavy and will require two people to move it out of first floor room and down three front stairs. Daylight pick-ups only.

Easy walking treadmill (downtown area Ridgewood NJ)

This is an oldie but a goodie. I've literally used it for decades, even moved it from home to home - and it still works well. It used to track miles, and may still be able to do so, but I have not put in the effort to see if it still does. It is small and excellent for an older person or someone doing rehab. Flat walk, no incline. Speed is adjusted by winding a small handle. I need to empty my garage so passing it along.
