General wear and tear after a few years of using it. Has a dent and crack in (see pics) will do for a few trips for someone. Durable suitcase. Big storage capacity. 2 wheels, extended handle! 2 handles, 1 on side and 1 on top. Straps on inside. Padlock on but lost keys, but it’s a cheap padlock and it can easily be removed with some plyers
