2 teaching games (Poulner BH24)

2 teaching games, with pieces missing. These are foam 'baseboards' with shapes cut out and then foam shapes to infill. The red 3 and green 2 are missing, but the rest are usable and the baseboard can still of course be used to trace shapes or even paint over. You can use the numbers at bath time too. The shapes board is missing 2 x quarter triangles and the quarter squares are a little misshapen, but still there. Good for understanding fractions but also just plenty of play value as a sort of foam jigsaw. The base board can also be used as sort of stencil and the shapes are firm enough to draw round or just stack and make patterns. Seems a shame to throw them away, but they do have missing pieces. Lumi Pharos-Vari mains powered light box, suitable for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) light therapy. Also great for just creating bright daylight conditions in the kitchen, office or living room to help get you through these dark winter days. In working order. The light box uses four user-replaceable full daylight spectrum flourescent tubes (included, recently replaced so good for years). This is quite a large lamp, so please be sure you have space for it. Its dimensions are W46 x H50x D12cm - see photo with coffee mug for scale. Includes a very solid aluminium stand allowing height and tilt adjustment. Thermarest sleeping mat (Poulner BH24)

This is a backpacker's sleeping mat. It's a Thermarest which means it self inflates. It is very small, thin and light - not the 'comfy' thicker thermarests you sometimes get - however it is designed to be comfortable enough for its weight and pack size. Fully 'inflated' it is 120 cm x 53 so good for a relatively short person. I used it for many years backpacking and cycle touring, hence the repair patches. It is still going strong however and has outlasted my backpacking days! Can anyone give it a home?

Anyone got a teenager that wants a more 'grown up' bedroom, or a grandchild coming to stay? This day bed doubles as a single bed and a 'settee' in the day. It's a pretty black metal single day bed frame with wooden slats. Very solid and in good condition with no visible corrosion. One of the slats is slightly damaged but still works fine if used at the end of the bed. It takes a standard single bed mattress, dimensions 190cm x 90cm. In the pictures the bed is made up so you can see how it looks, but we've taken it apart flat pack style for easy transport. It is simple to re-assemble, all screws are included. You are welcome to the old mattress. Although it is a good sprung mattress it is stained on one side, however, so totally optional. Smoke free home.
