Free: silver light shade (Poulner BH24) Silver 'star' style lightshade for ceiling light, with fitment. Interesting design made of bent wire. Easy to hang. Casts a lovely pattern whilst allowing plenty of light through. Roughly 28 cm high, circumference 94cm. Smoke free home.

Free: SAD therapy lamp (Poulner BH24) Gifted Lumi Pharos-Vari mains powered light box, suitable for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) light therapy. Also great for just creating bright daylight conditions in the kitchen, office or living room to help get you through these dark winter days. In working order. The light box uses four user-replaceable full daylight spectrum flourescent tubes (included, recently replaced so good for years). This is quite a large lamp, so please be sure you have space for it. Its dimensions are W46 x H50x D12cm - see photo with coffee mug for scale. Includes a very solid aluminium stand allowing height and tilt adjustment. Typical height with box set near the top of its adjustment range is 75cm. From a smoke free home.

Free: Thermarest sleeping mat (Poulner BH24) Promised This is a backpacker's sleeping mat. It's a Thermarest which means it self inflates. It is very small, thin and light - not the 'comfy' thicker thermarests you sometimes get - however it is designed to be comfortable enough for its weight and pack size. Fully 'inflated' it is 120 cm x 53 so good for a relatively short person. I used it for many years backpacking and cycle touring, hence the repair patches. It is still going strong however and has outlasted my backpacking days! Can anyone give it a home?

Free: black metal day bed frame (Poulner BH24) Gifted Anyone got a teenager that wants a more 'grown up' bedroom, or a grandchild coming to stay? This day bed doubles as a single bed and a 'settee' in the day. It's a pretty black metal single day bed frame with wooden slats. Very solid and in good condition with no visible corrosion. One of the slats is slightly damaged but still works fine if used at the end of the bed. It takes a standard single bed mattress, dimensions 190cm x 90cm. In the pictures the bed is made up so you can see how it looks, but we've taken it apart flat pack style for easy transport. It is simple to re-assemble, all screws are included. You are welcome to the old mattress. Although it is a good sprung mattress it is stained on one side, however, so totally optional. Smoke free home.

Small Chinese style bag is an unused purse with a zipped top. 11 x 13 cm. Tiny black bag is 7cm long with a drawstring top. Good for earrings when travelling? Grey bag with 'beurer' on it is felt with a velcro flap on the back. 28 x 19 cm. Cream calico bag with Mejuri on has drawstring top and is 25 x 17cm. All in great condition from a smoke free home. Seems a shame to throw them out.

Do you know anyone teaching themselves, or studying, coding or web design? The Python book is a crash course for anyone looking to teach themselves Python programming. The C# guide covers programming in C# for beginners or for those experienced in other programming languages. Both these books are hefty tomes. Both in near new condition. 'Don't make me think' is a former library book, but still in good condition. Would be useful for anyone studying web design in terms of usability and user experience. Maybe even if someone is just wanting to make their own website. Happy to split if someone just wants one or two.

Free: freestanding mirror on metal frame (Poulner BH24) Gifted Just putting out a last call for a few items. If you're interested please check my posts to combine collection. Small oval free standing mirror on metal frame, with bird perched at top. Great as a make up mirror, especially where spaces is tight. Mirror itself measure 21 x 14 cm, the stand is 38cm high from the top of the bird to the table top. The mirror tilts. Tiny white mark near bottom of frame as shown in photo. Rear felt has a couple of small marks. Nothing anyone would notice. Lots of use left. Smoke free home.

Free: placemats and serviettes (Poulner BH24) Gifted Just putting out a last call for a few items. If you're interested please check my posts to combine collection. A matching set of 4 claret red fabric placemats and 4 serviettes. All in good condition, but one serviette has two small marks on, as shown in photo.These may wash off. They've been folded in the drawer for a while, so could do with an iron. Placemats are 41x 27 cm. Smoke free home.
