Free: Vintage Garmin GPS unit (Morningside EH10) Garmin GPS 12 handheld navigation unit from 1999, including Quick Start guide, manual and original purchase receipt(!). Runs on AA batteries. Not tested recently, but it was working when it went into storage. Given that these (even now) go for £50-£80 on eBay, I'll wait a full 24 hours before choosing a recipient to give more people a chance to reply.

Free: Useful jars (Morningside EH10) Three genuine 'Kilner' preserving jars in good condition (previously used for preserving, so will need new seals if you want to use them for that). Two smaller jars with cork lids. Available as a single bundle: please be ready to take all five.

Free: Krups GVX231 Coffee Grinder (Morningside EH10) Ceramic burr coffee grinder. Well-used but working. No longer needed because I've moved on to a fancy hand grinder. This was a great introduction to making my daily coffee with freshly-ground beans. (Note that it's not designed for blitzing spices: it's just for coffee) "Elevate your daily coffee ritual with this versatile Krups grinder. Free: TV Simulator (Morningside EH10) Gifted This little device (7cm x 7cm) uses multi-coloured LEDs to flicker in a way that simulates a TV image. It's meant as a security device, as it makes it look as if there's a TV on in the room it's in. It can come on automatically at dusk, and stay on for 4 or 7 hours. In original box, in as-new condition. Fully working.

Free: Vintage Hi-Fi (fully working) (Morningside EH10) Gifted Technics mini Hi-Fi system with speakers, stereo tuner, stereo amplifier, CD player (with 5-CD autochanger) and stereo cassette player. Remote control. Original operating manual also included. I've had it from new (in 1996!), and at the time it was a high-end system. It produces a lovely rich sound, with flawless FM reception. It's fully working and in good condition. It is 30 years old, though, so the dot matrix display has a few dimmer pixels. I apply the Fair Chance Policy and will wait 24 hours before choosing a recipient to give more people a chance to reply.

It came with Windows 10, but when support for that ended we replaced Windows 10 with Linux Mint. This is a user-friendly alternative to Windows: it's free to use and provides all the functionality you need for day-to-day use, including Firefox web browser, Chromium and usable equivalents to Microsoft Office.

Free: Two-drawer filing cabinet (Morningside EH10) Gifted Metal filing cabinet. Blue colour. Two drawers that take A4 suspension files. Lockable (key included). Suspension files and labels/file tabs included (some of the files have hand writing on them). All the suspension files are green and matching. Used, but in good condition with just a few scratches and scuffs, and fully working. 41cm wide, 67cm high and 39.5cm deep. (I actually have two to give away, and will give preference to offers to take both at once)
