This is a York Fitness XC530 exercise bike and stepper. It’s in decent working condition. Some blurb: « A versatile piece of equipment that can be used as either a cross trainer or exercise cycle, and is easily switchable between the two. When in cycle mode use the extra large gel padded height and reach seat, and in elliptical mode the dual action push/pull arms will give your upper body a good workout. Both have a smooth motion controlled by magnetic resistance, and make use of hand pulse sensors and an easy to read display.» Assembled Dimensions CM: (L)125 x (W)64 x (H)150. Outwell Iowa 6 person tent (Wokingham RG40)

This 6 person tent has two bedrooms and a large interior area. It is in decent condition with the following caveats: * the red centre poles - two are bent and repaired with duct tape. They work and hold the tent ok, but really need to be replaced. You could DIY this or buy a new Iowa red centre pole, which I have found for £60 on eBay * some parts of the tent need re-proofing to be 100% waterproof. Again, this is something that you can do yourself with a specialist waterproofing solution. You can get a litre for £15 from Halfords. So this is still a decent tent but needs some work. We have had it for a few years and it has served our family well. Happy to answer any questions. Cheers Matt

Sevylor Pointer 2 person inflatable canoe. Comes with two seats, inflatable inserts and a paddle. Can be configured for 1 person. Last time I used this there were no leaks but I haven’t used it for a while so it may need some repair. I’ve taken the inflatable bladders out and cleaned them, so they need to be reinserted. The zips are showing signs of aging but still work. It’s a fairly robust kayak so I’m sure it will work well

I have 2 wall mounts for monitors, suitable for up to 55" and 30" TV/monitors respectively. I don't have: * any fixings for these mounts but you're best getting them yourself, depending on the sort of wall you're fixing the mounts to. * the arms for the heavy duty mount, which reduces the size of monitor that you'll probably be able to mount.
