We used this for a long time to put our keys in. We didn't realize it, but we had some old batteries there too and I guess it caused corrosion on the bottom of the bowl. Anyway, we are tired of it and are hoping someone else can give it new life. It is quite heavy and has a cool irregular edge. Not for food!

The one on offer is the one on the right, NOT the tortoise shell one. t is a vintage Timex watch (> 25 years old) that has a subtle, pretty "mother of pearl" look on the 7/8" diameter watch face. Has gold-tone trim, date window, and original "crocodile" genuine leather strap. Needs new battery.

Original Voloom hair tool (Sunnyvale near Fremont H.S.)

The original model works best for longer, thicker, or coarser hair. I used this for about a year until a different model came out that is more suited to my very fine hair. It originally cost $120 and now costs $140. You get the complete set: tool, alligator clips, and heatproof pouch with Velcro closure, along with original instruction book. There are lots of tutorials online. The idea is that you clip up the top layer of your hair. Then you crimp the hair underneath (it has kind of a waffle print), and it makes the hair increase in volume. Then you put the smooth hair on top of it to camouflage. It is VERY effective and I highly recommend it.

I wore these only once. Lighting of the photo makes these look faded. THEY ARE NOT FADED. They are black with no whiter areas. These are a knock-off of the original. There are magnets inside the hands so that when your feet are close together, they "hold hands." Super cute, but the magnets are weaker than they should be so the effect is less impressive. These are adult sized and fit my feet that are size 9.5 ladies.

This watch was working until the battery died. The black vinyl part of the band is beginning to disintegrate. But, are you thinking what I'm thinking? The watch face is pretty cool all by itself. I have never seen one like it. Maybe you can take the strap off and add a handcrafted one?

This is a charming dress, never worn, purchased from Nordstrom. It has 3/4 length sleeves and a high-low hem, longer in the back. The front hem falls to the knee. It was a great length for me at 5'7". The bodice has a wrap style. I added a hook and eye on the neckline because it was gaping too much for me, but you can obviously cut it off or layer a camisole underneath if you are better endowed! LOL

This telescoping, compact lint roller has such a cool design. The brand is F'lint. You just twist the base and the sticky part will be revealed. Comes with an extra roll. Looks much classier than a typical lint roller since you can hide the unsightly pet hair or whatever. Never used. I don't have pets.

I believe the coating that protects the silver from being tarnished must have worn off. No doubt you can remove the tarnish using conventional methods. Length is 18" and the hearts are kind of like dark abalone colors, with gray, green, and tan shiny tones.

This is a Dollar Tree purchase. It is nice for picnics and potlucks (you don't even need to ask for the container back). I don't use it because I don't feed large numbers of people. The plastic is quite stiff, yet flexible.

Vintage IKEA lightweight children's snack set. They have similar sets now, but they are pastel colors. These are semi-translucent, dishwasher- and microwave-safe. Plastic is decent quality and very sturdy, unlike Dollar Tree's super-flexible plastic. There are plenty of scars on the plates, but these still have a lot of life left in them.
