Wooden playhouse, painted with felt roof. 150cm tall at ridge, 160cm wide, and 174cm long. Has been outside and much loved for around 12 years, and now needs some TLC = repainting, new curtains, and replacement acrylic sheet for windows. THIS HAS NOW BEEN DISMANTLED FOR EASIER TRANSPORT. Biggest bit is 147cm x 102cm.
