Siemens Dishwasher partially faulty (Oakridge - RG21)

Siemens iQ300 Dishwasher Silver Freestanding - working with slight fault Siemens dishwasher. Clean inside and cleans well. Has attached inlet and drainage hoses. Been in use for at least 8 years. It's missing the top which is not an issue. It has a slight leak. It still functions and may be easy to fix. Leak is at the back left corner, and drips a couple times each cycle. There is a float switch at the bottom of the dishwasher which stops the machine when a small amount water is detected. This water can be removed and then the machine functions as normal again. This was necessary about once every few weeks, running once a day. Collection from Oakridge, Basingstoke.

Broken pressure washer Karcher K2 (Oakridge - RG21)

Pressure washer - broken. Karcher K2 Compact. Its in parts at the moment as shown in the second picture. Motor runs but not pressure is built up. The motor runs non stop, not just when the trigger is pressed. I've taken it apart to check, nothing obvious. I suspect the cylinder part head needs replacing. It will also need some new oil to put back together.

6 x MR16 holders with LED bulbs. 12v transformers and junction boxes. I’ve taken them out as one of the bulbs started flickering and I’ve replace them all. Other than an occasional flicker they all work fine.
