Free: Almost full bag of tile mortar (Ballard) Almost full bag of Mapei brand Keraflex SG tile mortar in white. We had to use very little of this bag to finish a project - there are about 40 pounds left out of 44. Was opened about week ago, top rolled closed and taped shut, and the whole thing wrapped in a black garbage bag to keep it dry. Porch pickup.

Free: Remnant upholstery fabric (Ballard) Gifted Remnant heavy duty upholstery fabric, new/unused. There is a single uncut piece that is almost a yard (roughly 34 to 35 inches), two cut pieces that could be throw pillow sized, and a couple of large odd-shaped cut pieces.
