I need a wheel chair with the 2 big rear wheels and the small front wheels. My wife has ALS, and it will soon be easier and safer to get around if I can push her in the chair.

Remstar plus domestic model 1005960. It's about 20 years old. The pressure setting is 12 cm water column. The ON switch is a bit worn, so it's intermittent. But just applying power turns it on. I tried (but failed) to find a way to set the pressure. I'm told you hafta see a pulmanologist to get the setting changed.
