The property is on the 5th floor of a block. It may not fit in the lift so will need two people to carry down stairs. On the left wardrobe door, one of the door hinges has come off but there are two others on the door so it still opens and closes ok.

Two big glass drinks dispensers with a stand. They have a space to write a label in chalk. The tap on one of the bottles works well; the tap on the other one doesn’t work properly- it leaks when opened. May be fixable but I haven’t tried. It’s only been used for two events

This chair is a shadow of its former self, but it’s still pretty robust and it would be a shame to throw it out- but I’ll have to if I have no takers. It’s a high chair that converts to a low chair, we’ve only ever used it as a low chair for a toddler but I think the high chair legs are up in our loft if you want them. The insert and straps wore out, but you can get these quite cheaply on Amazon if you need to. The last photo is what it looked like when I bought it.
