Free: Sony wireless headphones-nds fixing (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Gifted Sony brand over-the-ear headphones for quiet listening to TV, music etc. NOT USABLE - they work when first turned on but after a few minutes, sound cuts out and goes all static-y. Perhaps someone can fix them? The headset batteries recharge while resting on the base. L& R channel RCA connectors for sound input as seen in pic. Request: Rear brakes for bicycle (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Looking for the 2 brake arms, brake shoes and attachment hardware that mount to the rear frame of kids or youth bicycles, similar or same as pictured. 2 bolts are used to attach the brake arms to the frame as pictured. (I inherited a bike for grandchildren, that oddly is missing these parts). Thanks!

Free: Music CDs, movie DVDs, index case (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Gifted 2 small tubs of music CDs of all genres, including some Polish titles, plus a case for indexed filing & storage of CDs with a listing of CDs (some still in case), plus a bunch of Hollywood movie DVDs (copies) and 10-20 empty CD plastic cases (with original labels). All the above appears to have been used by a DJ. Not mine; I jut saved these items from going to garbage/landfill. I will put these items out in a protected place for non-contact porch pickup. Free: PT wood cage + hardware cloth wrap (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Expired Two ‘cage’ units of pressure treated 2 x 2 wood about 18” x 18” x 4’ wrapped in galvanized hardware cloth and well-built; ends are open. They are on the lawn in front of #34, 36th St., Etobicoke.

Free: Windows,single pane/aluminum frames (Elmvale) Expired Single pane slider glass windows with strong aluminum frames, removed from house in Elmvale (being replaced with vinyl thermopane units). Picture shows one size of openings; units are 1/2 that size. Pics of units to follow this later this week. Various sizes, mostly approx. 2-3’ wide by 3-4’ tall. Multiple units of same sizing. Can get exact measurements on Wednesday if interested, and pics. These are older, moveable slider sash units removed from larger aluminum frames, that had top & bottom channels to hold 4 ( 2 inner, 2 outer) of them & allow sliding. These would be perfect for window uses not needing energy efficiency, such as unheated sheds, garages, porch enclosure, outdoor entrance way to block rain & wintery weather, greenhouse glazing or other utility building use. Giving these window units away no charge. To be picked up in Elmvale ON north of Barrie. Available on weekend or possibly during week. Earliest pickup desired - don’t want these units kicking around by for long. Reply if seriously interested and I can send more specific info later this week

Unknown brand of equipment but some of it is generic to most BBQs. You may find use of some or all of it. Pick up off Lakeshore Blvd W east of Browns Line. Request: Children’s book:’Paddle To The Sea’ (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Expired ‘Paddle To The Sea’: I recently discovered this older children’s book (from the 1940s-50s?) in our local library and would like to have a copy of it to keep & share with my grandkids! Easily cut with saw or utility knife (might take a few strokes). 48” long x 7” wide x 1/4” thick. A few pieces have some black marker on one side. Free: Lange XR7 ski boots for parts or? (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Expired A nice pair of mens large US13/ mondopoint 30. size Lange XR7 ski boots with outsole (bindings) length 350mm, the left one of which is unusable due to toe broken off! If you have another pair the same and can use any parts from these, or the R boot is of use to you in its present good condition, you’re welcome to them. You will of course need the Lange boot liner to wear it, but you perhaps have that already. (I plan to keep the liners from these for other use). This L boot broke last winter and I’ve been reluctant to send them to landfill where it seems old boots go to die.

Request: Plexiglass mirror - unbreakable (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Received Looking for a piece of unbreakable plastic mirror - typically plexiglass material, about 12” square (bigger or somewhat smaller - exact size not important). I could cut a much bigger and random size piece down to fit my need, as well. This material is usually about 1/8” thick with mirrored back. Thank you. Can pick up any day or time, porch pickup etc.

Free: Hardwood log rounds for firewood (Browns Line/Lakeshore) Expired Various size pieces of NorwayMaple from a tree in our yard, cut into sections of log rounds, 12” to 20” long and mostly 12”-16” diameter. One large log from main trunk about 3’ long x 30” diameter; would need to be moved on a dolly or cart. Cut over 1 yr ago, ready to split for firewood etc. About 8-10 pieces all together.
