Free: Commode, portable and foldable (Near Slaters Lane.) Gifted This commode can be positioned over a standard toilet by removing the bucket. It can be used as a portable self-contained commode with the bucket. It also could be used as a shower chair, but we didn't try that. The height is adjustable. And it folds for storage. Drive brand.

Free: Walking canes, all adjustable (Near Slaters Lane.) Gifted We have three black canes. All are adjustable for their height and have rubber bases. Two have soft grips. One has a hard grip, and it collapses into a shorter portable thing by pulling the sections apart. It has a simple strap to carry it, but needs a rubberband or something similar to keep it together. Otherwise it will snap back together.

Free: Floor Lamp Painted white (Near Slaters Lane.) Gifted This 59-inch tall brass floor lamp was made by the Stiffel company (see photo). It was painted white 8 or 9 years ago and the paint is scratched and worn. Originally, the lamp was brass, but the metal had dulled and lost its finish over time - the lamp is probably 70 years old. Two of the three arms function when they have bulbs in them. The arm with the blue tag is not working. The center hole takes a lightbulb with a larger base, usually a three-way bulb. I don't know if that works or not. It used to but we haven't replaced the old bulb. The paint on the lamp could be removed, or the lamp could be repainted. The shade goes with the lamp and is good (not great) condition.

Free: Daybed Twin size (Near Slaters Lane.) Withdrawn This is a twin size tan daybed that has been lightly used. The "Arborglen Metal Mid Century daybed" was purchased from Joss & Main five years ago - photo on the left. The mattress is a Wayfair Sleep 8" Medium Memory Foam Mattress. The pillows and tan fitted sheet will go with the bed as seen in the photo on the right, but the green blanket will not. The daybed has been assembled and probably will be easiest to transport with a pickup truck.

Free: Steel Model Kits - two (Near Slaters Lane.) Gifted Steel model kits - no glue required. Ages 14+ Parts can be easily clipped from the metal sheets and the parts assembled using tweezers and fingers. These models are small. The P-40 Warhawk is 1:88 scale. Packages include the instructions. These haven't been opened, but the paper packaging is partly torn off - they got wet and the two items stuck together. More info is available at

Free: Overnight Pads for Women (Near Slaters Lane.) Gifted TENA Intimates Overnight Pads for Women This is an open package of overnight pads. Only 2 or 3 were used, so there are about 26 or 27 pads left. No size on the package, but a similar product on Amazon indicates that the pads are 16 inches long. I haven't measured them myself. Also we have 5 adult womens pull-ups.

Published by the National Gallery of Art and Yale University Press in March 1997. Large, heavy book. 374 pages, and 9.5in x 12.75in. "This collection of essays focuses on Pablo Picasso's formative years as an artist, specifically the period between 1892 and 1906 when--between the ages of 11 and 24--he was developing and refining the style that would one day launch movements. The hundreds of drawings and plates vividly displayed here range from the familiar to the obscure, allowing the reader to follow the artist's transformation from gifted youth to master of the form."

Free: Afghanistan Hidden Treasures book (Near Slaters Lane.) Gifted Title: Afghanistan: Hidden Treasures from the National Museum, Kabul This is a coffee-table-size book (10in x 10in) published by National Geographic. The book is in new condition, and was purchased when the exhibit came to the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC in 2014. "Archaeologist and National Geographic Society Fellow Fredrik T. Hiebert inventoried the artifacts at the request of the Afghan government. Gorgeously photographed and elegantly packaged, the collection shines in this official companion to the much anticipated and widely covered tour."

Free: Christmas Stamp Kit (Near Slaters Lane.) Gifted Twenty rubber stamps of various sizes. Christmas themed, angels, sleigh, bell, etc. Great to use for cards or wrapping paper and other paper crafts. Two small ink pads are also in the box. The rubber stamps have been lightly used.

Free: Old Suitcase - American Tourister (Near Slaters Lane.) Expired This suitcase is between 50 and 60 years old. It is in good condition. The latches work. One stain on the inside. It measures 20.5in x 15.5in x 7in. This would be great for a craft project rather than actual traveling. I don’t have keys for the locks.
