It is fairly old, but well looked after. The backing board needs re-nailing to the back (books pushed too far back have made it come away from the frame). We will leave it fully assembled, unless you want it dismantled. However, we have no instructions to put it back together and no Allen key. Books not included! Damage to front door - please read and see pictures. It is damaged with mould on the front door (where a wet towel has been left there daily, unfortunately). IKEA shelving unit (I think it is called Aneboda). Now discontinued and fairly old. The clear panel to the front is thick plastic. We can dismantle it, but we have no instructions or Allen key. H: 180cm W: 40cm D: 50cm We can leave it fully assembled, if your vehicle is large enough to collect it. Collection ONLY from near the Snow Centre, Hemel, HP3. There is a matching wardrobe that is in better condition with no mould!

M&S Long Wool Coat - size 14 (Hemel, HP3)

In very good condition. Size 14, extra long length coat (I’m 5ft 9” and it is a perfect length for me). It is dry clean only. Dark brown mix colour. Material is 60% wool, 15% mohair, 15% alpaca, 10% nylon. Fully lined. Deep slit at the back to make it easier to sit down without having to undo front buttons. Understated and elegant with a single-breast front (fits easily over a suit jacket underneath). I have changed jobs and no longer need a formal coat for work. I don’t have the time to get it dry cleaned and list it for s@le on well-known sites. It is a little crumpled where it’s been folded up and been in storage. But, it has no tears or marks. It’s been well looked after. I am hoping it will go to someone who will wear it and not sell it on. Here’s hoping…! Collect from near the Snow Centre, Hemel, HP3.
