Broken shelf on inside see photo. Lots of life otherwise. Super cute, my boy loved it but we need the space now and ASAP. Will take to the tip soon if someone cannot make use. Will take it apart in a few days but can leave together if you have a bug vehicle and can come soon. Thanks!

Solid pine wardrobe and 2 sets of draws see photos. Sorry to see them go. The smaller set of draws does have the bottom draw also. The front just needs gluing back on. Lovely set otherwise.

Lovely study bureau. Old and loved but so good as a crafts or writing bureau. Sad to see it go as been in family for years but it doensnt fit in my new house sadly. Collection only.

Old but strong sofabed. Very heavy! Sofa and bed frame are still solid as anything. Cushions slightly worn but not loads. See image for arm of sofa which is most worn bit. Mattress is stained and has some marks where it folds over. To be honest the mattress is not combfy at all but with a new one this thing could last for many more years. Collection only. Must be gone by ASAP. Thanks
