Solid pine table and 4 chairs. Some surface damage and has cracks where it has got too hot in the sun but a cover will hide these!! Table can have the legs removed by Allen key bit chairs do not, so like you will need a large estate car/van/trailer.

Approximately double bed sized folds up to make a sofa. The folding mechanism is solid and good. The mattress is old and seen better days but a mattress protector/topper does the job. The base is quite heavy so you will need a trailer/van/large estate car to move it and you will need strong arms, legs and back to move it.
