Free: Futon Company sofa bed (New Malden KT3) Gifted This is a solid metal frame Futon Company sofa bed with futon. The Futon mattress does have a couple of stains on it I’m afraid, but it’s in good condition and can be cleaned or you can just place a throw over it. Base comes in two parts and is 197cm across by 80cm deep.

Free: Monstera plant (New Malden KT3) Gifted I have no room for it. It’s outgrown me. Also needs some one with green fingers as I don’t seem to be very successful with it. A few brown dry leaf ends on it now.

Free: Electric wrote iron fireplace (New Malden KT3) Gifted These retail for around £150. I bought it second hand off someone but sadly don’t have the space in my house for it. It works perfectly and looks very real, just need a a clean. I need to get rid today if possible but it’s heavy so two people to collect please.
