Built-in Electric Convection Oven (China Creek)
I am hoping that someone wants this oven rather than recycling it or going in a landfill. This is quite a small oven and I like to bake, which is why I replaced it with a larger one. The outside dimensions are 24W x 23 1⁄2 H. The inside dimensions are 18W x 13 1⁄4 H x 16 D. It is IKEA Model IBS324PWS. It’s clean and ready to go. I will include the user’s manual.

Adjustable Basketball Hoop (China Creek)
This outdoor basketball hoop came with my house when I bought it. The hoop is in good shape, plus I cleaned it up a bit. Hoop is adjustable up to 10’. There are wheels in the front for portability. The base is currently filled with water. It will need to be partially taken apart to move out of my back yard and for transport. I have tools and can help.

Free King size mattress, box spring set, and frame. Simmons Beautyrest Pillowtop Mattress. Everything is in excellent condition. No stains, and no rips no tears. It’s a wonderful set about 10 years old, but rarely used. You’ll need a full-size pickup or truck to get it and at least one strong guy. The mattress is really heavy.
