Free: Extra Fine ground oats (Hereford south side.) Gifted 2.5 kg. Had no idea how fine they would be, they are like baby oats (finer than Ready Brek) Ideal for smoothies probably. One serving used (attempted to make porridge, it doesn't work) No holding. Please collect the day you ask. From Putson Hereford.
