Both have handles, one needs a nut. Wheels work on both. Neither has a lid. 1 marked as 32 gallons, measures 29*19*16 - cutout for wheels 1 measures 37*20*19, so about 42 gallons FYI, we have collected our leaf litter in them and it has created decent compost without further treatment if left for a year. Access parking lot from alley adjacent to 412 19th Street NE, 3rd lot on left. Please take 1 or both of them at will but notify me when you have done so, so that I can remove or edit this post promptly.
