This is a Highlander Outdoor Seat pad- it is not meant to have legs, just a travel seat with back that folds as shown. To use it, place the seat on the ground and open it out. Adjust the straps to fit, then sit on the seat and place weight against the backrest. It can also be used as a seat mat when folded flat. The seat is lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry in a backpack.
